Code North Building Group

As many of you have already heard, earlier this year my former business partner and I made the decision to part ways and pursue new directions. While change is never easy, it often opens the door to new beginnings — and today, I’m excited to share my new page.

I want to reassure past, present, and future clients that my commitment remains exactly the same: to build with integrity, transparency, and trust in every detail. I’ll continue to work with experienced, qualified professionals who take pride in their craft and care deeply about the people we build for.

For those who may not know, the name Code North carries a very personal meaning. It is named in honour of my late brother, Cody Northover, who tragically passed away on March 19, 2024, in a car accident on his way to watch my oldest son, Maverick, play hockey. Carrying his name forward in this new chapter is a way for my family and me to keep his spirit, strength, and love alive in everything we create.

We look forward to continuing to build homes, connections, and lasting relationships — and we’re grateful for the opportunity to do so in Cody’s honour.
